To remain true to our concept, we have decided to use real glass in all our frames.

Our posters and frames are neatly and safely packaged in specially designed packaging.

Generally, we ship your order on either the same weekday it was ordered or the following weekday.
We strive to keep the delivery time at 2-7 business days.
Note that the delivery time in the rest of the world may be longer.

You can return items purchased from our online store within 90 days.
- When returning an order, both frames and posters must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to track your package.

Please reach out to us as soon as possible by e-mail if any posters or frames have been damaged upon receipt.
Attach images of the damaged item(s), and then we will subsequently send you a new package.

If your package has been returned to us because it was not collected in time, please contact us by email so we can find a solution together.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
- If you wish to use your right of return, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
